Court cases
If you are party to a dispute over a smaller amount, we help resolve the case quickly and affordably through a court case. We run and resolve court cases easily and cheaply for claims with a value of up to €10,000 excluding interest and costs.
Payment orders
If the existence of the claim is not disputed, we can help you recover it through the enforcement court with a so-called payment order. These cases can have a face value of up to €10,000.
Enforcement court collection
If collection through the enforcement court becomes necessary — for example if the debtor still refuses to pay despite a judgment — we help with that too.
